As a small business, transparency is important to us. It's important that expectations are stated up front to reduce misunderstandings. When you book an appointment with True Massage, here's what you can expect.

I will listen to your goals a create a session that is relaxing and therapeutic
I will treat you with respect
When you book an appointment, here is what is expected of you.
Show up 5-10 minutes before your massage start time
Give at-least 48 hour notice when rescheduling to avoid fees
Not cancel more than three consecutive times to avoid fees
Open and honest communication about health, history and goals for bodywork

We are by appointment only. Appointments can be booked online on our easy-to-use booking system. We recommend booking your appointment in advance to accommodate your desired appointment time. If the time you are looking for is unavailable, you can be added to our waitlist using our online booking system.
Location and Parking
We are located inside Haven Collective. Haven Collective is a beautiful, relaxing environment you'll feel as soon as you walk in the door.
Parking is available in front of the shop. If the front door is locked, feel free to sit on the bench outside; your therapist will be with you shortly.
Payment
A non-refundable payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. The other 50% is due at the service. We accept cash, Venmo and credit cards.
Your Comfort
Your comfort is important to us. If the pressure is uncomfortable, please let us know so we can adjust. We encourage communication between clients and the therapist. If you need anything, such as an adjustment in the room's temperature, change in pressure, change in music, or water, please feel free to ask at any time.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours to change or reschedule your appointment. A non-refundable prepayment of 50% is charged at the time of booking. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours, the prepayment will be applied to your next appointment. If 48 hours or less notice is given, the prepayment will be held as a fee, and a new prepayment will need to be paid in order to schedule another appointment. If 24 hours or less notice is given, 100% of the service price will be charged. If an appointment is cancelled 3 consecutive times, the prepayment will be held as a fee, even with 48 hours notice or more.
Frequent Cancellations and Reschedule Policy
Please note that if there are 3 consecutive reschedules/cancellations, even with 48+ hr notice, the 50% pre-payment will be held on the 3rd time as a fee.
If there are 5 reschedules or cancellations within 12 months, even with 48+ hr notice, the 50% pre-payment will be held on the 5th time as a fee.
Late Arrival Policy
We request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time to allow time to discuss the treatment plan. In the event that a client is running late, the service will be shortened in order to maintain the schedule and the original treatment time will be charged.
Gift Certificates
All gift certificates are non-refundable for any reason and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift certificate must be presented at time of service. Gift certificates cannot be combined with any other discount or promo. In the event of a no-call/no-show the gift certificate will be considered redeemed and void. If a client is running late, the service may be shortened to maintain the schedule, and the client is still responsible for payment in full.
Honesty
We understand that everyone has different preferences. We do our best to meet your goals and the style of massage you prefer. If the style you prefer is different from our area of expertise, we will let you know and do our best to refer you to someone who specializes in the best style for your goals.
