Information and Policies

Please read the information below to help you prepare for your appointment

We are by appointment only. Appointments can be booked online on our easy to use booking system. We recommend booking your appointment in advance to accommodate your desired appointment time. If you cannot find the time you prefer and would like to be added to our cancellation list, please give us a call at 619-468-4370.


Location and Parking:

We are located inside Haven Collective. Haven Collective is a beautiful, relaxing environment you'll feel as soon as you walk in the door.

Parking is available in front of the shop as well as plenty of street parking. There is a button next to the front door in case it is locked. Feel free to have a seat on the bench outside and your therapist will be with you shortly.


Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Failure to do so will result in a 100% service charge for scheduled appointments. Appointment times are reserved for each client and we are unable to fill that spot without sufficient notice.


Late Arrival Policy

We request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time to allow time to discuss the treatment plan. In the event that a client is running late, the service will be shortened in order to maintain the schedule and the original treatment time will be charged. 


Gift Certificates 

All gift certificates are non refundable for any reason and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift certificate must be presented at time of service. Gift certificates cannot be combined with any other discount or promo. In the event of a no call/no show the gift certificate will be considered redeemed and void. In the event a client is running late, the service may be shortened in order to maintain the schedule, and the client is still responsible for payment in full.


Your Comfort

Your comfort is important to us. We encourage communication between clients and the therapist. If the pressure is uncomfortable, we appreciate you letting us know so we can adjust. If you need anything, such as adjustment in the temperature of room, change in music, water, please feel free to ask at anytime.


Honesty

We do our best to meet your goals and style of massage that your prefer. We understand that everyone has different preferences in the massage style. If the style you prefer isn't our area of expertise, we will let you know and do our best to refer you to someone who specialized in the style that work best for your goals.
